Roger Southwood, 61, Chrisney
Roger Southwood, 61, Chrisney, died Aug. 19, 2016, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
He was born May 8, 1955 in Huntingburg to Kenneth and Julia (Crews) Southwood.
He was a heavy equipment operator with Foertsch Construction in Lamar and he enjoyed sports and playing golf.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea Southwood; his children, Collin Southwood, Kara Southwood, Kelsey Norrick, Anley Southwood and a stepson, Jacob Taggart; eight grandchildren; siblings, Betty Witte, Lloyd Southwood and Gail Fuhrman.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Barbara Wilson.
A visitation is planned for Thursday Aug. 25, 2016, from 4 to 7 p.m. CST at Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial.
In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
