Dee Davis and residents of Northwood Retirement Community were spaced six feet apart as a parade of cars full of families, friends, and well-wishers made its way through the parking lot. Ruth Kuebler (AKA Bubbles the Clown) spread some joy in the parade shooting bubbles towards the seniors gathered outside the retirement community.Ruth Dittmer waved as Bubbles passed by.Ginger and Nick Hedinger waved as they passed the Northwood Care Facility in the parade Friday.Greyley Buchta, 9, led Lucy through the parking lot at Northwood Retirement Community. Jane Schroeder waved back at the parade as it passed by Northwood Friday morning.Donald Schepers was pulled in as an additional clown to take part in the parade through the two Northwood facilities in Jasper on Friday.

I hand it to Good Samaritan for arranging such a great celebration where families could see their loved ones. I believe everyone needed this time out.
