Mike Zink, 53, Huntingburg

Mike Zink, 53, of Huntingburg, died Saturday, March 30, 2019, at Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center in Jasper.

He was born in Huntingburg August 25, 1965, to Charlie and Rose (Mathies) Zink. He married Annette Anderson June 13, 1992, in Jasper.

Mike worked for OFS Brands in Huntingburg. He enjoyed riding his moped, fishing, tinkering on engines, spending time with family and friends, and playing horseshoes.

He is survived by his wife, Annette Zink; two sons, Chad Zink and wife Haley, of Jasper, and Logan Zink of Huntingburg; four brothers, Rod Zink and wife, Mary Alice, of Ferdinand, Stu Zink and wife, Christy, of St. Anthony, and Bob Zink and wife, Yvonne, as well as Chris Zink, all of Bretzville; five sisters, Becky Mohr and husband, Paul, Joey Fest and husband, Alois, and Jackie Begle and husband, Ryan, all of Ferdinand, and Deb Marks and husband, Joe, and Renee Buechlein and husband, Mike, all of Jasper; and three granddaughters, Avery Ransome and Kylie and Myla Zink, all of Jasper.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Rose Zink.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ferdinand Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand and also 7:00 to
9:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
