Lucas Nathaniel Parr, 34, Jasper
Lucas Nathaniel Parr, 34, of Jasper, Indiana passed away at 12:40 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2015, at the Harrison County Hospital, Corydon, Indiana.
He was born at Corydon, Indiana on July 21, 1980 to Marvin and Luanna (Howerton) Parr.
Lucas was a graduate of Forest Park High School and had worked for Masterbrand in Ferdinand, Indiana for many years.
He was a member of the Carpenters union. He loved music and playing his guitar and fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his daughter, Lyla Parr at home, mother, Luanna Howerton of Jasper; father, Marvin Parr of Cape Sandy, Ind.; brother, Matthew Parr of Jasper; grandparents, Dolores Howerton of Ferdinand and Dixie Parr of Cape Sandy, Ind.
Preceding him in death are his grandfathers, Melborn (Gene) Howerton and Jerry Parr.
Funeral services for Lucas Parr will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 3 2015, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel. Fr. Ray Brenner will officiate.
Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. Tuesday until service time at the funeral home.
