Local surgeon’s book wins ‘best travelogue’ award
A Surgeon’s Odyssey by Richard Moss MD won an Independent Press Award for 2019 for best book in the Travel category.
Dr. Moss is a board-certified head and neck surgeon in Jasper. The book covers his time in Asia as a volunteer surgeon during the late 1980s and early ’90s.
