Letter: Gov. Johnson can make the Americans crave
What kind of US Presidential election year is 2016? Both big establishment candidates have the highest negative ratings ever recorded in US politics.
Shame on us. Out of 300 million, is this the best we can do?
I refuse to waste my vote on voting against someone. In good conscience, I must vote for someone I want to lead my country.
I told my friends and family well over a year ago that I would never vote for a Bush or a Clinton in this year’s race. I don’t believe in family dynasties like those in North Korea.
It is obvious to me, both parties, at the national level, are corrupt and power hungry. Hillary was basically coronated as the Democratic nominee eight years ago when she reached an agreement with the Obama campaign even though Bernie Sanders most likely would have won had it not been for the corrupt and manipulative head of the DNC who was forced to resign in shame. Hillary’s lies and ties to corruption and greed are well known.
At first Donald, as a non-politician, non-establishment candidate, seemed to appeal to many who saw through the Republican establishment candidates, especially the trickery of the Cruz campaign.
The vast majority of Americans want change, but is Trump the answer? At one time I thought so. Hillary is certainly not.
After much research and deliberation, I decided the best candidate to lead our nation is Gary Johnson, former moderate Republican Governor of New Mexico.
Ask yourself, why do the vast majority of active duty servicemen and women who put their lives on the line every day for our freedom, along with me, support Gov. Johnson, the Libertarian Party candidate for President of the United States?
Serious about wanting change? For the future of America, your children and grandchildren please research Gov. Johnson and make your own informed decision instead of voting blindly for continued establishment corruption, represented by the Democratic and Republican parties.
Libertarian Party candidates will be on all ballots across the country. Only you can make change happen.

Trumpism is a byword for the most vile kind of private corruption and hypocrisy. He knowingly employed poor unlawful Polish aliens to construct Trump Tower, then when they demanded their sub-minimum wage payments, Trump threatened to have them deported as illegal aliens only after having wrung every last ounce of sweat from their brows. There you have Trump’s Judeo-Christian values.
As to Ayn Rand (correct spelling), most thinking people left her behind by the time they reached the age of twenty. She was, of course, a proud card carrying atheist and a sexual profligate who regularly chastised William F. Buckley for being “too intelligent to believe in God.” Again, not really the kind of character one would hold up as a paragon of Judeo-Christian values.
Dan, I agree with you that this year’s major party political candidates seem to be in a race to the bottom. I will vote for Hillary, but I think whomever is elected is doomed to be a one termer.
