Letter: Conservative candidates road to reform
Who to support for President? I get asked that question a lot.
Trump versus Cruz. Hillary or Sanders? Rubio? Kasich? Libertarian party candidate?
I need to remind you of two historical facts on this subject. The President is only 1/3rd of the power of our Federal government, and conservatives bring real positive reform.
In the history of the USA, positive reform is brought about by us, the citizens of the USA, being fed up with over-taxation and corruption, and voting in new elected representation. 1828, 1860, 1892, 1904, 1920, 1932, 1960, 1980, 1992, 1994, and 2010 are just some examples of people seeking reform via elections.
We seek a new direction, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. 2010 was one example of it not working, as the majority of the new representation sided with the status quo and nothing changed at the Federal level. The positive reform we wanted, and needed, was denied by Washington D.C.
Now, in 2016, we see a large, strong, anti-Washington push the likes of which has not been seen since 1828 when Andrew Jackson was elected President. But, throughout history, positive change is brought about, not by presidents, but by Congress; 1994 brought positive reform because of conservative leadership in the House of Representatives.
For us, we have a chance to elect two conservatives to Congress, bettering the chances for real reform to occur. This is why I support Rep. Marlin Stutzman for Senate and Dr. Richard Moss for Indiana’s Congressional 8th district seat. Both stand for principled conservative reform. Both have and will continue to fight for the return of your liberty. Both have the history to back these statements up with examples.
We must stop electing those who go to DC to play the game and govern the country into the abyss. We need fighters for principle. So vote early in April or vote on May 10th, ask for the Republican ballot, and vote for Rep. Marlin Stutzman for Senate and Richard Moss for the House. We need them as our representation as we need real positive reform.

There can be no doubt that Congressman Marlin Stutzman and Dr. Richard Moss will work for implementing the kind of real positive reform for which the people are longing. They will fight for our desire to end Crony Capitalism, to cast off the burdens of the Progressive regulatory state, and for our demand for a return to the “rule of Law.” These candidates are our modern day freedom fighters.
