Leo J. Brelage Jr., 65, Jasper

Leo J. Brelage Jr., 65, Jasper, passed away at 6:40 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.

Lee was born in Jasper on April 19, 1953, to Leo and Margaret (Borho) Brelage. He married Annette M. Miller on May 11, 1974, in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper.

Lee enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, the Jasper Strassenfest, and grilling out with family and friends.

He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and Sultan’s Run Golf Club.

He worked as a sales manager for Patoka Equipment in Celestine.

Surviving are his wife, Annette M. Brelage of Jasper; two daughters, Adria Henke of Jasper and Taryn (Matt) Atkins of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one son, Andrew (Melissa) of Mooresville; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Sue Klein of Atascadero, Calif. and  Nancy (Vic) Teder of Jasper.

Preceding him in death were his parents, and one sister, Mary Ruth (Max) McCune.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Leo J. Brelage Jr. will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 1, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow at a later date.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, Indiana.
