Joe R. Clark, 89, Reynoldsburg, Ohio

Joe R. Clark, 89, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away in his sleep, Friday, January 14, 2022, at Mother Angeline McRory Manor.

He was born May 31, 1932 in Union City, Tenn. to Carl J. and Opal O. Clark.

Joe received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and attended the University of Wisconsin School of Banking. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Peace United Methodist Church Pickerington. Joe spent the majority of his career in banking and in 1984 began making clocks and repairing clocks and watches. He thoroughly enjoyed this work “hobby” and continued until just a few years ago.

Joe is survived by his daughter, Rhonda L. Ferguson of Huntingburg; stepdaughter, Sheila M. Anderson of Genoa, Wisc.; sister, Martha (Melburn) Sibley of Texas; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Jennie L. Clark; second wife, Wilma M. Clark; son, Randy Clark; daughters, Jennifer L. Clark and Laura Anne Clark.

There will be no services. Joe was entrusted into the care of Morgan Funeral Home, Bremen, Ohio.
