Jasper School Board candidate’s YouTube video proclaims impending Caucasian extinction

A candidate running against incumbent Nancy Habig for the Jasper School Board subscribes to and promotes views that the Caucasian race is in the midst of a genocide.

“I would describe my views as realistic, assertive and truthful,” John King, a 44-year-old Jasper resident, explained.

The video begins with a monologue from King with St. Joseph Catholic Church in the background but quickly moves to disturbing images of violent acts perpetrated against whites. King says the video has been downloaded and posted through various entities and at this time he has no desire to remove the video. “As long as they are using the video in a respectful manner, I am not requesting anyone remove it,” he stated.

The video is also embedded on a website called Savewhitepeople.com, now redirected to Caucasionpersuasion.com, that includes advertisements for an Aryan dating site. King denies being associated with the current owner of the site but had been a contributor before the name and ownership changed. “He is a younger guy that has an hour long monologue on Sundays,” King said about the current owner. “We don’t see eye to eye on things.”

Despite King’s online views, he states his decision to run for Jasper School Board is based on the quality of the education his two children are receiving in Jasper Schools. “They are getting a four-star, five-star education,” he said, “and I want to do what I can as a parent, as a customer, to maintain that.”

According to King, he has a Masters in Education (MAEd) from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology and German. He also states he is an honorably discharged Army veteran that reached the rank of Second Lietenant in the Army’s Medical Service Corps.

King says his advocation –what he calls a hobby– was not meant to be public in Jasper. He explains his blog about historical inaccuracies and his views on racial genocide was never very popular. He describes it as being in the low millions on the blog rating site Alexa and he removed it after local inquiries into his controversial views began. “I have never told anyone in Jasper about my blog.”

King has released a statement regarding his goals as a school board member. They include pledges of conservative spending of tax payer money, support of school officials, a veto of any new construction except the current reconstruction of the school gym, and proposes capping school book rental at $200.

He also pledges to vigorously oppose the introduction of curricula created by what he calls “extremist” groups such as the Anti-Defamation League, the Southern Poverty Law Center and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

He is also supportive of Indiana Senate Bill 590, signed into law by Governor Daniels in 2011, that requires the state to calculate the costs of illegal aliens to Indiana and make a written request to the Congress of the United States to reimburse the state for those costs. He states the Greater Jasper School District should take action to bill Congress for expenses incurred through the education of illegal aliens.

King stated the video is just a current embodiment of his views and he has taken action in the area in the past. “I would dress as a workman, you know with a yellow hardhat, and stand at major intersections in Huntingburg and Jasper,” he explains, “with a sign that said ‘Please call the office of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and report illegal aliens in your workplace.'”

His actions also included placing cards with a similar message and the number to Immigration and Customs Enforcement on cars’ windshields around his neighborhood. He quit his activism after talking with Senator Mike Delph of Indiana District 29, the author of Senate Bill 590.  “Senator  Delph told me not to bother anymore because it wouldn’t do any good since Obama has defunded and declawed Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”

King states his views on racism and the impending genocide will not be reflected in any choices he makes in regards to new teachers if he were elected to the school board. “I will choose the best candidate for the position regardless of race.”

    1. Heaven forbid the man express himself in public! And the man is doing is great job! Keep up the good work! You can't keep your head in the sand forever, voters! 🙂

  1. Ignore the thought police. Watch the video. He brings up valid points and I don't see where the "hate" is. This political discussion is a tabloid style diversion from the issues at hand for our schools. Why not look at King's platform and judge it for its merits? Nancy is getting a bit stale after 20? years and needs to be retired. Jasper needs new blood and new ideas to move forward.

    1. Typical tactic of a liberal. Accuse someone who opposes flooding of white communities with non-Whites a bigot, a nazi, or a white supremacist. Real original…

      1. Duh – besides also "a racist" as was so aptly pointed out by Rob, what else WOULD you call "someone who opposes flooding of white communities with non-Whites" other than "a bigot, a nazi, or a white supremacist?"

Seriously – what else would you call such a person??? I challenge you to intelligently answer that question and explain away or justify Mr. King's rubbish as anything other than racist, et al, AND in doing so without revealing yourself to be aligned with one or more of the very factions you cite. That same challenge goes to anyone else of the rather surprising number of similar replies that seem to suggest that Mr. King's platform has "merits" and "valid points" or that is somehow "informative" and with "some substance" that should "fairly be heard out for what he (Mr. King) has to say before dismissing him based on his controversial views (paraphrased)."

"Controversial views?" I'd say. Good post, "flip" – a sobering, challenging eye-opener individually and collectively for us all – and certainly agree with term limits.

  2. I just have one question for Mr. King. What about non white gay people

are they okay since they're not propagating their race?

  3. While his sentiments are certainly not mainstream and are quite unconventional, I found to be the video informative. I'm not so sure how marketable of a name "savewhitepeople" is but there certainly is some substance to the presentation he gave in th video. Did he use government statistics? We should vet it!

This should be an interesting race to watch unfold. A man with these views is a questionable candidate for a school board, but I think it's only fair we hear out what he has to say before dismissing him based on his controversial views.

Maybe much like his website says he is giving a voice to the "silent majority" here in Jasper. A resistance to all of these foreign Mexican migrants working in the poultry factories isn't totally incomprehensible.

  4. A few comments.

With regards to the school board seat. I have two beliefs: term limits and to be elegible for a school board position you should have a child in the school system. If you don't have a dog in the fight so to say, how can say you know what is best for our kids education. Flame suit on….

To Mr. King's views: I can understand a biologist's view of maintaining bio/genetic diversity and trying to preserve endangered species, we do it with polar bears, whales, birds and other animals. As a species I think humans are doing just fine and if by chance in the next 500 years or so, the caucasion pigment gene was to go away, so be it. If you beleve in devine creation you should already know we didn't start as "white" so why keep fighting for a color.

I have lived in Jasper my entire life and have seen how this community treats and reacts to people that move to this area. I saw kids in school have a hard time being accepted into one of the many cliques, people of different race treated like subhumans and stereotyped. Neighbors that transfered here for medical field work or to a factory, find out that if you don't have a "name" or assimilate you are marked as trouble and eventually pushed out. Parents that have kids that move to our schools comment on how difficult it was for their kids to fit in and not feel like they were in competition with others every day.

It is hard enough for a community that has been branded (not by me) as one that is very difficult to establish yourself in as an outsider, now we have a guy that is trying to use a elected position to try and isolate and divide us even more.

I believe in free speech and entitlement to one's opinion of themselves and others. That said, using one of our historical landmarks as a back drop for an apparent racist rant (not disputing posted census data) does not shed a very poitive light on our community. Mr. King obviously speaks for himself but in launching this Ayrian esque campaign with Jasper as his stage paints all of us with a very broad brush wether we like it or not.

Mr. King can hide behind his biology degree as he lobs his racist and homophobic dung over the wall. We have read the history books and know that his idiology didn't work in the south, failed in South Africa and was met with world wide back lash in 1940's Germany.

My hope is that the community comes together to denounce the garbage Mr. King subscibes to and works to change the perception of Jasper being a place of old ways, old thinking to a place of welcoming and open minds.

  5. Any defense of this clown is unwarranted and disgusting. Could you imagine what the comments on this message board if there was a black or Hispanic candidate running for school board? Moreover, what if said candidate had a video like this claiming black or Hispanic genocide. I have news for you people – white folks have done alright. There is plenty of evidence in our own community. This candidate is a blind flat out racist. And also for the other commentators on here saying "well this theory could be applied to all those damn Mexicans working at Farbest…" Give me a break, the people who complain about illegal immigrants taking our jobs need to acknowledge these are the same jobs whites won't work because they are above said jobs. I know the next question you are asking yourself — the answer is, I am white.

  6. This man is a racist. I'm disgusted that he would even be considered for school board. This morning on the "Prayer from the Headlines" on WITZ… the minister expressed contempt for diversity, intead wondering why we can't all be unified. What the hell is going on in Dubois county? Nazi much?

  7. I've never heard of Mr. King before this article. I'll admit that watching the video for the first 11 minutes and 34 seconds, I had a gut feeling that he had racist leanings. I encourage all of you who are jumping to the "RACIST!" conclusion, to listen to the last 76 seconds (11:34 to 12:50). He holds views that most of you hold. That is, that racial diversity is a good, natural, and desired thing. Looking at this video alone, because I know nothing else about him, I don't see EVIDENCE of racism. I laugh at the way people yell, "RACISM!" if someone defends the white race, but defending any other race or ethnicity is considered to be a morally superior thing to do. Maybe we need Mr. King to teach our kids what the REAL definition of "tolerance" is.

Unrelated to Mr. King's run for the board, I have long thought that having the same school board members for such a long time is a bad thing. I remember when I was in school and Nancy Habig and Bernie Vogler were on the board. That was more than 20 years ago! It's time for new leadership.

  8. I've seen the same pictures by women who were brutally beaten by their WHITE STRAIGHT husbands/boyfriends in Dubois County. Yes, Dubois County.

I find it scary that out of all the important issues in the community, he is worried about this one. Delusional is the word that

    keeps coming to mind.

    1. I find it scary that you do not care about the EPIDEMIC of anti-White crimes committed at the hands of non-Whites. Do you think the Jasper school district would be much better off if there were a bunch of non-Whites in it? Riddle me that honestly. Before you do so, I suggest you check the standardized test scores and graduation rates of schools in multicultural neighborhoods and cities.

      1. This is the dumbest comment ever. Causation and Correlation are two different things. It’s not race, it’s socioeconomic factors. Poor people do poorly in schools that don’t have enough resources to support them. Who are the poorest people in this country? immigrants you say? Why did they come over? opportunity. If you’re white and in this country, you’re ancestors did the same flipping thing. Don’t give me all this crap about school districts and standardized scores. The number 1 indicator of success in school and college is extracurricular activities. Did you get the opportunity to play basketball or go to an academic decathlon? Well lucky you, that’s because your parents had enough disposable income to afford those luxuries to you. Other families have to have the kids come helps at the house and get jobs as well just to put food on the table. And even if you didn’t do extracurriculars and were successful, congrats. You are the minority. If you know anything about proof and science, you’ll know that it’s statistics, not thoughts and opinions that proves social truths like this out. If kids have to work, their resumes don’t look as nice as the guy with extracurricular activities on there, so by default they are already behind.

money and opportunity. If you have a problem with that, you have a problem with the free market, and that’s what the country was founded on…after the original settlers WIPED OUT AN ENTIRE RACE NEED I REMIND YOU. Racism is racism. Don’t sugarcoat your ignorance if you’re scared that someone with a harder work ethic will take your job.

  9. So what's the definition of "white"? Am I "white" if my mother is Hispanic and my father is Caucasian? What if my great great great great grandmother was Asian?

How does Mr King know he's "white"? Does he know his family tree from God's creation? Does it really matter? We're all human beings regardless of our skin color.

What it sounds like to me is Mr King is threatened by other cultures. Skin color doesn't dictate family values and beliefs Mr King. Skin color in itself means nothing.

  10. Matt, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is a good example of the importance of good, unbiased journalism. I respect most opinions, even if I disagree with them, but Mr.King's video is disgusting, and almost made me physically sick when I listened to the two minutes I suffered through. I do think that term limits should be strongly considered, but this video leaves no doubt that Mrs. Habig is the much better candidate.

  11. Any one notice how the attack he cited happened in places like South Africa and Alabama….I wonder what happened in those places that would cause racial tensions??

People, don't be fooled by this mans claim of a biologically motivated argument. Biologically and genetically were about 99.5% identical to orangutans a white person can have a black person's liver or lung transplanted, and skin pigment really isn't true biodiversity…merely a geographical differentiation causing more melanin in one than the other.

I'll admit there are some physiological differences like high incidences of diabetes and sickle cell anemia among Black Americans and the rates of prostate cancer among White Americans. However I haven't seen any real reasons why these trends could not be cultural, a result of the way people live their lives and the environs in which they are carried out. I believe that is what is at heart in this man's video and motivations.

This is fear of ethnic and cultural diversity. Here is a man afraid of what he doesn't know, blinded by his own belief that certain races embody certain qualities. Why else would he be making a plea to "save the white race" unless he believed that white people have something to offer the world that is inseparable from the pigment of an epidermal layer?

No, this is truly a case of ethnic hate attempting to be disguised by charts, graphs, numbers, and of course religion (hard to miss St. Joseph's in the background)! Race is not culture, is not environment, is not upbringing or experience. Ethnicity is the embodiment of those factors. This man fears any other ethnicity than that of his own,, which is truly a tragedy. There are undoubtedly good and bad people from all walks of life, all countries, all pigments, and that is truly undeniable.

Do not succumb to this man's fear or attempt to trick you into thinking this is a scientific argument. I have confidence in the community of Jasper, but do feel like I should say to all: Do not let this man's message of hate, ethnic elitism, and fear be passed on to your children. Keep this man off the school board because ignorance of this magnitude does not need to be taught to future generations.

  12. by his logic (china for the chinese)…all white people would have to go back to the country of our forefathers and live there, leaving the north american continent to the native tribes that originally inhabited it. if thats how he wants it…i'll help him pack his things and send him on his way.

Saw a news14 story where he says he didn't think that he would have to publicly discuss a video he posted on youtube. that should show you all how ignorant he really is. cuz nobody ever gets riled up over inflammatory youtube videos (see whats going on in the middle east right now over…you guessed it…A YOUTUBE VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!)

please see this for what it really is

  13. Well put, Phil. It's one thing to know these people exist, it's another to know they exist in our town and are running for a position on the school board. I would have some serious issues if they allowed a known outspoken racist on the school board. At what point does the school step up and say he isn't the right fit for the job?

    1. Sorry the video link above show the side of John that has me questioning him being an idea candidate to represent all students.& parents
