Isaac J. Frank, 39, of Celestine, passed away at 12:41 a.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2020, in Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

Isaac was born in Jasper, Indiana, on July 4, 1981, to John and Valerie (Knies) Frank. He married Rachelle Mundy on July 26, 2008, in St. Celestine Catholic Church in Celestine, Indiana.
He was a 1999 graduate of Northeast Dubois High School. He was the owner and operator of Southern Indiana Precision, where he was a very talented custom rifle builder.
Isaac was a member of St. Isidore Parish – St. Celestine Catholic Church in Celestine, Indiana, the NRA, Eagles, and Jasper Outdoor Recreation.
Isaac loved to work on his land and building his range. He was a hard worker and loved spending time at his camp. He enjoyed shooting, hunting, traveling to the West, as he loved the mountains, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Rachelle Frank of Celestine; two children, Austin and Alaina Frank, at home in Celestine; his mother and stepfather, Valerie and Brian Thompson of Celestine; his father and stepmother, John and Hannah Frank of Huntingburg; one sister, Kirby (Mark) Muldoon of Zionsville; maternal grandmother, Delphine Knies of Jasper; aunts and uncles.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandfather, Earl Knies, and paternal grandparents, Edgar and Dora Lea Frank.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Isaac J. Frank will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020, in St. Celestine Catholic Church, in Celestine, Indiana, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, Indiana.
