Ireland fire determined to be arson, Fraley arrested
Petersburg – A former resident of Ireland was arrested for arson charges stemming from a fire that occurred in Ireland last December.
Justin and Rita Fraley and their three children were living in a 12-by-55 foot trailer at 4096 W. State Road 56 when it was consumed by fire on December 2. The family escaped the home with little more than the clothes on their back. They moved in with a family friend and an account was established at Old National Bank for donations of money and clothes.
The cause of the fire was undetermined at the time but after a lengthy investigation by the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s office and the Indiana State Police, Justin Fraley was charged with arson (Class B felony) and subsequently arrested on Tuesday.

How many people do these two have to steal from before they are put away for good? It seems like every month or so there is another article about them stealing from people. I feel bad for the three children. They probably have no chance at overcoming their upbringing.
And I never heard anymore about an outcome from them stealing from people in our neighborhood of Ireland when the lady took her daughter door to door with a fake fundraiser for Ireland Elementary either!
Sad that this says he was arrested….they both should be arrested and charged with arson among many, many other things!
true. i had to pay 4000 to clean up the trailer after the fire
