Ferdinand police arrest man for child molestation
A Ferdinand resident was arrested on preliminary charges of child molestation, sexual misconduct with a minor, child seduction and dissemination of matter harmful to a minor.
Rudy Wayne Riley, 50, of Ferdinand, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Thursday after a complaint regarding the alleged activities was reported to the Division of Family and Child Services.
Riley is charged with a Level 1 felony count of child molestation, a Level 4 felony count of sexual misconduct with a minor and Level 6 felony counts of child seduction and dissemination of of matter harmful to a minor.
Ferdinand Police Department stated the matter is still under investigation.

Sorry Rogor, but the ‘Lord’ has nothing to do with this. This sort of activity has been going on for many years. The reason we see it more is that victims are actually coming forward.
