Dump truck, train collision results in injured driver

A train collided with a Cave Quarry dump truck on County Road 400W Thursday afternoon.
Indiana State Police are investigating the incident that resulted in the male driver of the dump truck being injured. He was taken to Memorial Hospital and then transferred to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville by helicopter. Police did not have information regarding the extent of his injuries.
The City of Huntingburg announced the following road closures while the investigation was being conducted by state police; Styline Drive, Chestnut Street and CR 400W. Those roads reopened later in the afternoon.

So scary! I hope the driver is okay! I know I always fear getting stuck on the tracks. Drive from 3rd St to jasper twice a day and I always have to wait on a train at least once a day .
