Donna R. Phillips, 58

Donna R. Phillips, age 58, Huntingburg, Indiana passed away at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday (December 6, 2011) in St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

She was born in Jasper, Indiana on July 15, 1953 to Ernest and Pauline (Werne) Klem. She married Mickey Phillips on February 21, 1987 in Jasper, Indiana.

Donna was working at OFS Brands in Huntingburg for the past 35 years.

She was a graduate of Jasper High School Class of 1971.

Her memberships include The Huntingburg Eagles Auxiliary. She formerly was active in the Girl Scouts of America.

Preceding her in death is her father Ernest Klem.

Funeral services for Donna Phillips will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday (December 10, 2011) at the Becher – Kluesner Downtown Chapel with burial to be held at a later date. The Rev. Mike Thompson will officiate.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday (December 9, 2011) at the Becher – Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
