Daniece M. Oldfield, 82, of Jasper, passed away at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at home.
Daniece was born in Minot, N.D., on February 28, 1940, to Daniel and Mildred (Larson) Hager.
She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with family.
She is survived by four children, Ted (Kim) Barry of Kendallville, Ind., Brenda (Angelo) Spandrio of Apache Junction, Ariz., Tim (Susan) Barry of Jasper, and Lisa Gatchell of Maumee, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and one brother, Dean (Dian) Hager of Ft. Wayne.
Preceding her in death, besides her parents, are one sister and one brother.
Services will be held at a later date.

I used to walk by Daniece’s house on my way to work every day!! When she was outside I would stop and chat with her, such a sweet lady!! Dr. Barry took care of me also and that is when I found out Daniece was Dr. Barry’s mom!! All of my love and prayers to you and your family!!!!! God bless!!!!
