Chestnut Street closed for Huntingburg force main project
Chestnut Street in Huntingburg will be closed between 12th and 14th Streets today, April 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This is being done in conjunction with the force main pipe installation work on 13th Street. The public is asked to find an alternate route during construction.
Better late than never – thank you. Understand you can only put out what you get from the city if or when they get their act together. It’s been closed for a couple of days already – overnight, also – although it did re-open late yesterday afternoon around 5:30 but obviously not done and will be closed again.
