Women Empowering Women hosting Networking with Purpose event
The Dubois County women’s leadership organization, Women Empowering Women (WEW), is pleased to welcome Sandy Smith as its featured presenter. The Thursday, March 19, 2026,session will be held at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Jasper (333 River Centre Landing Jasper, IN). Doors will open at 11:30am for networking before the meeting from 11:45am to 12:45pm EST. This event is open to all prospective and current WEW members.
Sandy is the founder of Roots N Wings, a coaching and speaking business dedicated to helping individuals and teams “dig deep and soar high.” She is a certified Empowerment Living Coach and a certified John Maxwell Team speaker, coach, and facilitator. In addition, she and her husband, Brad, are the owners of Tell City Pretzels, a family business rooted in tradition and community.
In the March event, Sandy Smith will lead Networking with Purpose, inviting attendees to explore how intentional connection builds momentum and meaningful professional relationships. Through guided GEM networking, participants will be encouraged to uncover the “gems” in the room — recognizing the value, strengths, and opportunities that exist within each conversation and connection.
This session emphasizes that meaningful networks are not built by chance, but through clarity, purpose, and consistent engagement. Attendees will leave feeling encouraged and equipped with practical strategies to strengthen relationships, build confidence, and create connections that support both personal and professional growth.

The mission of Women Empowering Women is to inspire women in business to reach their highest potential by instilling confidence, building networks, and promoting community in Dubois County. Membership is open to any woman in business who lives or works in Dubois County.
