Woman battered during vehicle break-in confrontation

Jasper police are looking for two individuals who battered a woman when she caught them breaking into a vehicle early Friday morning.

According to police, the woman found the two individuals breaking into a vehicle on Conrad Avenue at about 3:30 a.m. When she confronted them, they allegedly battered her before leaving.

The victim told police the two men were dressed completely in black and had wore black ski masks and black hooded sweatshirts. She told police they were about 5 foot 4 inches and 5 foot 6 inches tall with slender builds.
