With potential bad weather, Emergency Management shares alert services
A NOAA weather radio is your best option to receive Severe Weather Alerts in a timely manner. Our agency recommends the Midland Weather Radio model #WR-120.
The Dubois County Emergency Management Agency can program the WR-120 model if you need assistance in
setting it up.
If you do not have a weather radio or want additional notifications, numerous free weather alert services are available. These services can send alerts directly to your cell phone when an alert is issued. These applications can be set up to your specifications to receive all alerts or just those important to you. Please take the time and set up an account so that you always have a way to receive severe weather notifications when severe weather strikes Dubois County.
BE PREPARED NOT SCARED!
