William M. “Bill” Hunter, 49

William M. “Bill” Hunter, 49, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at home.

Bill was born on May 31, 1965 in Princeton Indiana, to Joseph and Mary Terese (Pederson) Hunter.

Bill enjoyed IU basketball, cooking for his family, golf, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his two daughters, Britni Erny and her husband Mark and Jordan Beach and her husband Sam, both of Jasper; two sons, Ty Hunter and Tanner Hunter, both of Jasper; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Cathy Hunter of Michigan, Nancy Miller and her husband Duane of Michigan and Susan Hunter and her wife Maureen of Michigan; four brothers, Joe E. Hunter and his wife Leanna of Newburgh, Mark Hunter and his wife Jen of Princeton, Kevin Hunter and his wife Lynn of Rockford, Ill. and Mateo Hunter and his wife Kirsten of Montana; dear friend, Jill Wigand of Jasper.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one infant brother, David Brent Hunter.

Funeral services for Bill Hunter will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2015, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s cemetery in Princeton.

Friends may call from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2015  at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
