William F. “Bill” Hartloff, 58

William F. “Bill” Hartloff, 58, of Holland, passed away at 12:23 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper after a short battle with cancer.

He was born February 27, 1957 in Buffaloville, Indiana, to William and Rose (Taylor) Hartloff. He married Audrey Meyer on June 5, 1976, at St. James Lutheran Church in Holland.

Bill cared deeply for his family, friends and co-workers and assisted with a glad heart those needing a hand. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Holland. He was a hard worker who valued his years as an operator for Solar Sources and as a team member at Toyota in Princeton.

Bill is survived by his wife of 39 years, Audrey Hartloff of Holland; two daughters, Dawn (Jeremiah) Werne of Martinsville and Tasha (Kyle) Cox of Holland; two granddaughters, Kyah Hartloff and Avery Werne; brother, Larry (Kathy) Cooper of Radcliff, Ky.; sister, Bonnie Hemphill of Holland; father-in-law, James J. Meyer of Huntingburg; two sister-in-laws, Nancy Benson of Huntingburg and Charmaine (Tom) McDowell of Evansville; brother-in-law, Rick (Michelle) Meyer of Huntingburg; and by nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Bill Hartloff will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST on Friday, December 4, 2015, at St. James Lutheran Church in Holland with burial to follow at St. James Lutheran Cemetery in Holland.  Pastor David Darling will officiate at the funeral service.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and also at St. James Lutheran Church in Holland from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Friday morning.
