Wayne Roy Myroup, 85, Huntingburg

Wayne Roy Myroup, 85, of Huntingburg, passed away at 2:57 p.m. on Sunday, November 11, 2018, at The Timbers of Jasper in Jasper.

He was born January 5, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois, to Clarence and Loraine (Voss) Myroup.

Wayne worked as a nutritionist and operated several health food stores in Arizona.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He loved working in his flower garden and berry vineyard; and above all, loved the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Dorothy Myroup; his brother, Jerry Myroup; and two stepdaughters, Annette Inch and Donna Lynn Jacobs.

He is survived by his wife, Anna M. (maiden name: Haag) Myroup of Huntingburg; four children, David (Fran) Myroup, Kathy (Jim) Roesel, Raymond (Deb) Myroup, and Leigh (Larry) Stewart; two stepchildren, Sylvia (John) Stuteville and Robert (Sharon) Brown; by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Wayne Roy Myroup will be held at 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with Reverend Linda Snyder officiating.  Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg.

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from noon to 2:00 p.m., EST on Wednesday.
