Water main work to shut water service down for area of Jasper

Due to the water main tie-in on MacArthur Street, the Jasper Municipal Water Department will turn off water service, weather permitting, on Friday, October 31, 2025, for a small portion of the city from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The area affected will be MacArthur St between W 9th and W 13th Streets, including 610 W 9th St and 706 W 9th Street. 

After the work is complete, you may experience discolored water and/or air in your service line. To correct this problem, run your cold water tap for 15-20 minutes, or until it clears.
