Walter Lee Faulkenburg, 48, of Beaverdam, Ky., passed away at Beaverdam Nursing and Rehab Center in Beaverdam, KY, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

Walter was born on June 21, 1978, in Huntingburg, IN, to Terry (Beverly) Lee Faulkenburg and Sara (Merkley) Bailey.

Walter is survived by his parents and one brother, Dennis Faulkenburg of Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents. 

Visitation for Walter Faulkenburg will be held at the Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m., EDT on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Birdseye. Pastor Ivan Glispie will officiate.
