Walter Eugene Kasprzycki, 91

Walter Eugene Kasprzycki, 91, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014, at Westover Facility in Hamilton, Ohio.

He was born October 16, 1922 in Bayonne, N.J. to Frank & Frances (Michalski) Kasprzycki. He married the former Edna Weyer.

Walter retired from Ford Motor Company in 1989, where he worked as a tool maker at the Sharonville, Ohio Plant. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church in Fairfield, Ohio. He was a WWII Marine veteran serving in the Pacific Theatre.

Walter was preceded in death by two sisters, Henrietta Welcher and Clara Posluszny.

Surviving are his wife, Edna (Weyer) Kasprzycki; two daughters, Nancy Kasprzycki of Adelaide, Australia, and Joan Kasprzycki-Strauss and husband Edmund Strauss of Houston, Texas.

Funeral services 1:00 p.m. EST Tuesday June 24, 2014 in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, Ferdinand, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Ferdinand American Legion Post 124 will conduct military graveside rites.

Friends may call from 4–8 p.m. Monday and from 10:00 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Becher Funeral Home, Ferdinand.
