Vivian A. Biggerstaff, 86, Jasper

Vivian A. Biggerstaff, 86, of Jasper, passed away with her daughter by her side at 9:25 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026, at Serenity Springs Senior Living in Jasper.

Vivian was born in Evansville on December 6, 1939, to Roy Charles and Dorothy Bostick.

She married Paul L. Biggerstaff on July 6, 1957. He preceded her in death on December 14, 2005.

Vivian loved decorating and had a natural talent for making a house feel beautiful. She was often hired to decorate others’ homes. She also loved to shop and was always dressed to the nines. Even up until the end, Vivian was classy, stylish, and effortlessly trendy.

She was a member of Christmas Lake Golf Club.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Robert) Smock of Jasper; Carolyn McCutchen and Ed Wroblewski of Fishers; five grandchildren, Jon (Katie) Hilgeman, Andrew Hilgeman, Meghan (Nathan) Stallings, Lauren McCutchen, and Jacob (Carrie) Ward; six great-grandchildren, Hadley and Christian Hilgeman, Parker, Tyler, Finn, Beckham Stallings, and Lucas Ward.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Robin Ward; brother, Larry Charles; and grandson, Lucas T. Ward.

A funeral service for Vivian A. Biggerstaff will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper. LG Lance will officiate.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. service time at the funeral home on Thursday.
