Viola Helen Watson, 84, Jasper

Viola Helen Watson, 84, of Jasper, passed away at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Rosenberg, Texas.

Viola was born in Jasper on January 9, 1933, to Ed and Helene (Konig) Himsel.

She is survived by three daughters, Cynthia (Rudy) Lara of Rosenberg, Texas, Sandy Naill of Lake Jackson, Texas, and Wanda Watson of Clute, Texas; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are husbands, John Watson and Joe Heiman; one daughter, Teresa Watson; one stepdaughter, Annette Borne; one stepson, James Heiman; and two brothers, James and Robert Himsel.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Christ Lutheran Church in Haysville, IN, with burial to follow in the Haysville Community Cemetery.
