Vicki Elaine Vonderheide, 61, Birdseye

Vicki Elaine Vonderheide, 61, Birdseye, passed away at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2016, in Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born in Huntingburg on December 9, 1954 to Herbert and Willa Jean (Bernardi) McKinney. She married Jeff C. Vonderheide on June 23, 1973 in Sacred Catholic Church in Schnellville. He preceded her in death on September 2, 2015.

Vicki was a graduate of Forest Park High School and was a homemaker. Her hobbies were reading and watching old TV shows.

She is survived by four daughters, Angie Myers and her husband Josh of Celestine, Erika Gehlhausen and her husband Kevin of Schnellville, Sarah Felker and her husband Jason of Taswell and Clara Vonderheide of Huntingburg; mother, Willa Jean DeWitt and stepfather Harold of Mooresville, Ind.; father-in-law, Charles Vonderheide of Schnellville; 10 grandchildren, Tristen and Ethan Myers, Hailei and Kenlee Gehlhausen, Seth, Jayden, Brycie, Sophie and Jeffery Felker and Fiona Vonderheide.

Preceding her in death besides her husband is a son Seth Vonderheide; brother, Alan McKinney.

Funeral services for Vicki Vonderheide will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. The Rev. Albert Madden will officiate. Burial will follow at a later date.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
