U.S. 231 work to close road over weekend; Lane restrictions to follow

Huntingburg–The Indiana Department of Transportation will close a section of U.S. 231/North Main Street in Huntingburg north of State Road 64 from Saturday, May 4 to Monday, May 6, 2024.

Both lanes of traffic on U.S. 231/North Main will be closed at the railroad tracks from the State Road 64 intersection to the 10th Street intersection.

Then, from May 6 to June 28, 2024, U.S. 231/North Main will be restricted down to one lane alternating between northbound and southbound traffic during working hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
