Two more Covid-19 deaths
On Wednesday, the Indiana State Department of Health reported two more Dubois County residents had died from Covid-19 bring the total number of deaths up to 77 since the pandemic began.
Along with the two deaths, the state also recorded 24 new cases of Covid-19. A total of 5,494 residents have been diagnosed with Covid-19 since the pandemic began.
The state also updated the color designations for the counties and although Dubois County’s number of positive cases has dropped, the number of cases per 100,000 is still nearly four times what the state requires before they will move us into orange. The county will remain in the red for another week.
