Trial date set for case against Huntingburg dentist, wife
The trial of a Huntingburg dentist and his wife who are accused of criminal confinement and neglect is scheduled for November 18, 2019.
The trial will take place in Crawford County after the Dubois County Circuit Court granted a change of venue last year.
The case began when police were called to the Huntingburg residence of Alan P. Friz, 59, and his wife Aimee Friz, 38, located on County Road 700 S. Detail of that incident are at the following link.
Monday, the parties agreed to the November 18th date for the jury trial to begin. The final pretrial conference is set for June 4, 2019, and will take place at the Dubois County Circuit Court.
