TRI-CAP Mudslinger Trail Run registration underway

The annual run through the Ferdinand State Forest is set to go for November 13.

Aptly named the Mudslinger, runners can take part in a 13.1-mile half marathon run or a 6k (3.75 mi.) run/walk through the sometimes muddy trails of the popular park.  

Registration to get the “Dirt on Poverty” is open to the first 300 participants running the half marathon as well as the first 300 participants running or walking in the 6k.

Registration forms can be found online at http://tri-capmudslingertrailrun.webs.com, on the TRI-CAP Facebook Page, on the TRI-CAP website at www.tri-cap.net or at any of the TRI-CAP offices.  All proceeds benefit TRI-CAP programs in our “Race Against Poverty.”
