Tonya Rochelle Carlquist, 45

Tonya Rochelle Carlquist, age 45, of Huntingburg, passed away at 6:22 p.m., Friday, March 28, 2014, at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born June 25, 1968, in Huntingburg, Indiana to Terry and Loraine (Throop) Zink. Tonya was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Carlquist, who died in 2007.

She is survived by her father, Terry (Debbie) Zink of Jasper; her mother, Loraine Zink of Huntingburg; three sons, Chad (Lattonya) Taylor of Holland, Joshua (Schae) Taylor of Celestine, and Alex Carlquist of Gentryville; two daughters, Jamie (Peter) Burress of Jasper and Brianna Carlquist of New Albany; three brothers, Brandon Zink of Jasper, Terry Zink of Huntingburg, and Tim Zink on deployment with the United States Air Force; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services for Tonya Carlquist will be held at 2:00 p.m., EDT, on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. Cremation will take place following the funeral 

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., EDT, on Tuesday, the day of the funeral.
