Tinsel, Toasts & Troops holiday fundraiser set for Nov. 21 at River Centre

River Centre will host Tinsel, Toasts & Troops, a holiday fundraiser benefiting Operation Mind, Body and Soul, from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, in Owsley’s Lounge.

Operation Mind, Body and Soul Corp. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Dubois County that focuses on mental health and suicide prevention for veterans and first responders. Founded by veteran Boone Taylor, the organization runs a gym and gathering space for veterans and connects them with local resources. Its services are free to veterans.

The evening will feature live music, tastings, tip boards and a half pot, with what organizers call “plenty of chances to win for a good cause.” Complimentary appetizers will be provided by Bloomberry & The Curated Table.

Tickets are $50 per person or $325 for a reserved table. The event is for guests 21 and over.
