Tierra International warehouse sale contributes to Anderson Woods
Tierra International (TDI), a forerunner in supplying innovative products to the garden center industry, will be having its annual warehouse sale on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27. Ten percent of the sales will be donated to Anderson Woods, Inc., a local charity providing support to persons with disabilities.
“Tierra is happy to partner with Anderson Woods so they can continue to administer programs and services that make a difference in our community,” said Mike Bartley, General Manager for TDI. “It has been easy for our team to rally around this organization because it has empowered and fostered growth in so many children and adults with disabilities.”
For over three decades, Anderson Woods, Inc. has been conducting summer camps and providing safe, dignified, permanent residences, with the goal to teach individuals to be fully functioning members of the local community. “At Anderson Woods we strive to enable each one to grow in matters of the heart,” said Judy Colby, Co-Founder of Anderson Woods, Inc. “Our Special Ones teach us the value of the process, not the product. It is a humbling lesson for each of us.”
Tierra’s Warehouse Sale will occur on Friday, April 26 from 8:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturday, April 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will be at Tierra’s Headquarters located at 1000 South Saint Charles Street in Jasper, Indiana.
