Thomas R. Deen, 93, Winslow

Thomas R. Deen, 93, of Winslow, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at Heart to Heart Hospice in Evansville.

Thomas was born to Osgal and Cleophas Deen in Oakland City on February 19, 1931. 

He served in the U.S. Army with the occupation forces in Germany and retired from Ironworkers Local 103. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie, in 1993 and by his second wife, Ruth, in 2014.

He is survived by his son, Thomas Deen, Jr.; daughters, Cindy Welch and Joannie Sheese; brother, John Deen; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm EST on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Glezen Revival Center with burial to follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Pastor Joe Henson officiating.  Visitation will be from 10:00am EST until service time at the church.
