Thomas Pund, 74, St. Anthony

Thomas Pund, 74, of St. Anthony, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Scenic Hills at the Monastery in Ferdinand.

Thomas was born September 21, 1951, in Ferdinand to Leo and Cornelia (Schum) Pund.

He married Linda Klem on July 20, 1974, in St. Anthony Catholic Church. 

Thomas was a member of Divine Mercy Parish, St. Anthony Church and St. Anthony Community Center. He enjoyed going to casinos and spending time with his grandkids. He was a long-time truck driver.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Linda; two sons, Michael (Tracy) Pund and Nick (Jennifer) Pund, both of St. Anthony; two daughters, Michelle (Scott) Elmer of Siberia and Brooke Rheinbolt of St. Anthony; brothers, Kenneth (Susan) Pund and Robert Pund, both of Ferdinand; sisters, Rita Streicher and Irma Jean Schulz, both of Ferdinand; seven grandchildren, Shelby Rheinbolt, Brayden Songer, Hailey Pund, Ashlyn Pund, Madalynn Pund, Tyler Elmer and Carter Pund. 

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Bernard and Harold Pund. 

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. EDT at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Friends may call on Friday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand from 4 to 8 p.m. EDT and also on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. EDT until the time of the services.

Burial will be at a later date.
