Get ready to be blown away by five talented artists showcasing their original songs. Don’t miss the opportunity to support local musicians and immerse yourself in a night of creativity and soulful melodies.

Jeremy Luecke is a folk/Americana singer-songwriter whose music carries the spirit of small-town roots and heartfelt storytelling. With a warm, earthy sound and lyrics steeped in honesty, his songs reflect on love, loss, resilience, and moments that tie people together. His music channels the authenticity of his Midwestern upbringing while carving out a voice that feels both traditional and refreshingly current.

Doc is a singer-songwriter who picked up his first guitar in 1979 and hasn’t put it down since. He brings the riffs, the lyrics, and occasionally the snark as he rocks out on Gibson, Fender, and Epiphone guitars.

Dan Hall melds the traditionalist country roots of Waylon, Cash, Haggard, and Hank with a modern outlaw attitude. He has a unique ability to connect to audiences through his warm vocals, storytelling, creative interpretations of favorite cover songs and heartfelt originals. Hall presents an authentic performance full of energy and his love of country music.

Doe Elliott has been writing music for two years now because “the music on the radio wasn’t hitting me the way it used to.” Elliott shares his style with a touch of his life through his songs. A couple of Elliott’s musical heroes are Ward Davis and Chris Knight who graced The Astra with performances previously.

Matt Sullivan grew up listening to everything from Dwight Yoakam to the Rolling Stones, and somewhere along the line, these influences helped create an acoustic guitar-based mix of Americana/Modern Folk tunes that leave the listener tapping their toes while pondering new looks at old emotions.

In addition to sharing the evening with these five amazing musicians, the Next Act, Inc. invites you to join them at The Astra for future 2025 events. These events will include Nicholas Jamerson & The Morning Jays on Saturday, November 22 and comedian Costaki Economopoulos on Friday, December 12.  All events have tickets available on our website at AstraTheater.com with more events to come.

The historic Astra Theatre is located in the heart of downtown Jasper, Indiana. Newly renovated with 357 seats, the Astra has main level and balcony seating with a concessions stand offering snacks and drinks that are available for purchase during the events.
