The FDIC closes Integra Bank branches; Old National to assume ownership

The sign at the Monticello Branch was quickly changed on Saturday as Old National incorporates Integra properties into its own

According to Old National all Integra branches became Old National at the end of the close of business on July 29.

In June a sale of two divisions of Integra to Old National was completed but the recent actions occur as a result of the FDIC closing certain assets of Integra Bank. The FDIC then forced a sale to Old National to protect Integra customers.

According to the FDIC customer have no reason to be concerned.
