Terry Lee Thomas, 62, of Lamar, died on February 8, 2016, at the Deaconess VNA Hospice Center in Evansville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kenny Thomas.

He is survived by his daughters Stacy Carter, Jamie Sandoval and Terra Thomas; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Delbert and Danny Thomas; sisters Linda Thomas, Pamela Glyn; several nieces and nephews.

There will not be any visitation or service.

Fuller Funeral Home in Dale is handling the arrangements.
