TableX unveils new brand and digital experience

Jasper–TableX, a commercial table company serving the contract furniture industry since 1998, has unveiled a new brand identity and website centered on the idea that started the company: tables shouldn’t be complicated.

The launch represents more than a new look for TableX. It marks a broader evolution of the company and the experience it provides to representatives, dealers, designers and customers.

“When we started TableX in 1998, the idea was pretty straightforward. We wanted to make buying tables easier,” said Jim Skillman, Founder and Chairman of TableX. “Nearly 30 years later, the industry has changed, but that need hasn’t. This new TableX brings us back to that original purpose while giving us the tools to take it much further.”

At the center of the new brand is a completely redesigned website that makes it easier to explore TableX products, finishes and capabilities. The company has also expanded its standard finish offering, improved specification tools and continued to streamline the quoting and ordering experience.

But the changes are designed to go well beyond the website.

“We didn’t want to simply give TableX a new logo and website,” said Brian Craig, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We looked at the entire experience of working with us and asked how we could make it better. This is the beginning of a much bigger push to remove complexity, give customers more freedom to create and make TableX one of the easiest companies in the industry to do business with.”

That focus extends from the earliest stages of specification through production, assembly and delivery.

“The promise we’re making with this brand has to show up after the order is placed,” said Mark Fleck, Vice President of Operations. “That means continuing to improve how we quote, process, assemble and ship tables. The goal is a better experience from the first specification all the way through installation.”

The new TableX identity also introduces the company’s Keep Gathering message, reflecting the role tables play across workplace, education, healthcare, hospitality, outdoor and other shared environments.

For TableX, the launch is not intended to signal the completion of a transformation. It is the starting point. The company plans to continue expanding its product offering, improving digital tools and finding new ways to make specifying and purchasing tables easier.
