Susan Ellis, 57, Gentryville, died Monday, May 2, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville.

She was born June 11, 1958 to George and Anna Laura (Tribbie) Bender.

She was a long time beautician in Gentryville.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn (Mike) Ellis; son, Samuel (Robbi Redman) Wilder of Evansville; daughter, Nicole (Bradley) Fischer of Ferdinand; two grandsons, Grant and Logan; her mother, Anna Laura Hartley of Gentryville; sister, Doris Daughtery of Chrisney; brother, Roger (Connie) Bender of Gentryville; nieces also survive.

She was preceded in death by her father, brothers Allen and Aaron and a nephew Jeremy Bender.

Services will be private.

Fuller Funeral Home in Dale is handling the arrangements.
