Substance abuse parent education meeting at Jasper Middle School

There will be an Open Parent Education Meeting at JMS on December 3, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium for any parents of students involved in the Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools.

Miss Jodi Richardson from Memorial Hospital will be educating parents and patrons on the current substances of choice in Dubois County and the Evansville area and should be very helpful for parents.

This is strictly an education meeting that can help parents stay current with information very relevant to our students and our students’ activities. A question/answer session will take place following the presentation. Topics will include the new synthetic drugs, the effects and signs of substance abuse, and family safety.
