Funding to Overcome Substance Abuse Available
The Dubois County Substance Abuse Council (SAC) will be accepting grant applications from organizations that combat substance abuse at their meeting on September 13, 2016. Pre-applications will be accepted from now through August 31, 2016.
On June 14, 2016 the SAC members elected new executive officers. Please welcome Chair Jim McFaul, Co-Chair Becky Michael, Treasurer Terry Tanner, Secretary Deborah Capps, and At Large Representatives Chad Blessinger, Nancy Eckerle, Josh A. Gunselman, Tim Lampert, Jennifer Lampert, Megan Durlauf, and Brett V. Hurm. Their term will run from June 14, 2016 to June 13, 2017.
The mission of the SAC is to reduce substance abuse and the problems associated with substance abuse in Dubois County Youth and Adults in order to enhance family and community life.
