State reports 26th Covid-19 death in Dubois County

Wednesday, the Indiana State Department of Health reported Dubois County’s 26th COVID-19 death.

They also reported 19 new cases bringing the total number of cases up to 1,367 among Dubois County residents. The health department also reported 9,522 Dubois County residents have been tested.

The Dubois County Health Department no longer provides the local Covid-19 update. All the information can be found on the ISDH COVID-19 Dashboard at https://www.coronavirus.in.gov/2393.htm which is updated daily at noon.

The Dubois County Health Department also reported the number of self-reported recoveries but they no longer provide that data to the media.

The Indiana State Department of Health reported Wednesday 1,766 new cases, bringing the statewide total to 152,396 cases. A total of 3,790 Hoosiers have died from the virus. Another 233 probable deaths have been reported.
