Stac Material Handling, Inc. sells industrial supply business to Jasper Industrial Supply, Inc.
Stac Material Handling, Inc announced the sale of its subsidiary Stac Industrial, Inc to Jasper Industrial Supply, Inc. Wednesday.
The sale is effective May 15, 2019.
Stac Industrial, Inc operates as an industrial supply company specializing in regional distribution of fasteners, safety supplies, janitorial supplies and abrasives serving the regional area. The Stac Industrial name will dissolve and move forward as Jasper Industrial Supply in the coming months.
The sale bolsters the supply capabilities of Jasper Industrial Supply within the region.

Stac Industrial has six employees and they will continue employment with Jasper Industrial Supply.
