St. Charles Trick-or-Treating

Three busloads of Jasper Elementary School first graders made the rounds through the independent living neighborhood of St. Charles Health Campus Friday morning.

The group of about 140 kids handed out special handmade crafts to residents and received treat bags from residents at the clubhouse.

The school and St. Charles coordinate the annual event. According to St. Charles Director of Community Lifestyle Kim Aull, the school and St. Charles provide the candy, and residents assemble the treat bags. “They love it,” she said.

Resident Bob Vogler greeted the kids as they passed by during their parade this morning.
