Springs Valley names Frank Hall as Board Director

Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company welcomes Karl “Frank” Hall as Board Director.

“We are honored to welcome Frank Hall as a new Director. His high level of expertise and past experience serving different boards will further enhance Springs Valley’s commitment to our customers’ overall satisfaction,” said Jamie Shinabarger, President and Chief Executive Officer at Springs Valley.

In his new role, Mr. Hall will join the current Directors to oversee Springs Valley through a wide variety of tasks including the establishment of policies and objectives, the appointment and review of executive positions, and the approval of annual budgets.

Prior to joining Springs Valley, he worked in Chicago, IL at Roadway Express from 1971 to 1973. Frank also worked for his father, Karl Hall, at Hall Trucking Company, Inc. in Orleans, IN. When his father passed, Frank and his brother, J.C. continued the operation until selling the company to Dayton Freight Lines in 1992. In 1979, Frank founded Hall Bros Transportation Company, Inc. to handle the new Ford Aerospace facility in Bedford, IN. Hall Bros Transportation Company, Inc. continues to be a thriving family-owned business ran by his two sons, Todd and Chad Hall. Hall graduated from Orleans High School in 1966 and obtained a BSBA in business at Tri-State College (now Trine) in Angola, IN in 1970.

Mr. Hall has served on numerous boards including Orange County Development Commission, Orleans Town Board, Trine University Board of Alumni, and Orleans Chamber of Commerce.

Frank resides in Orleans with his wife Beth, an RN and former Orleans High School nurse, who currently volunteers at Jubilee Health Center in Paoli, IN. In addition to their two sons, the Halls also have a daughter, Nikki Deckard, who operates H/D Graphix in Orleans. Both Frank and Beth are members of the Orleans United Methodist Church and enjoy spending their time with 7 grandchildren.
