Spreading cheer, encountering kindness

Jamie Jahn and Gretchen Herbaugh took a run through Jasper in some festive outfits Tuesday evening. Jamie, co-owner of Downtown Fitness and program manager for Girls on the Run, said the pair decided to dress up with some St. Patrick’s Day flair to hopefully bring a little cheer to themselves and to residents.

It was a small act but during the run, passing cars stopped to cheer them on. As they ran through The Parklands, they were handed gift cards for a local restaurant from another resident sharing a little kindness.
